Project X13 is a Pagan / Neo-Pagan / Heathen educational and networking community covering Paganism, Neo-Paganism, Currently practiced Indigenous religions, and Heathenry.
I believe that there is a lot of knowledge being lost out there, as well as quite a bit of disinformation.
Project X13 is my attempt to save as much of that knowledge as I can, while weeding through the disinformation..

Towards that goal I have searched the internet for Pagan Documentries, provided spaces for each member to have their personal blog, as well as allowing our members to start and run their own Groups.
I have also posted some of my essays, along with those of others that were considerate enough to allow them to be posted on other websites, however I am still looking for people to write essays on related subjects.
One of the other new aspects of Project X13 is the Music section, where one can post Pagan / Neo-Pagan / Heathen music videos from YouTube.
The concept behind this is to use the bardic arts to teach each other about our true histories and cultures.
The Irish have a saying:
The conquerors write the history, the conquerored write the songs.
Only by using both the songs/oral history as well as documented history can we get the larger picture.
I envision Project X13 as becoming an online library of all the Pagan, Neo-Pagan, Heathen. and currently practiced Indigenous religions, an effort to keep what we have left, not just here in the US, but the minority religions worldwide.

SALISBURY, England — Thousands of New Agers and neo-pagans danced and whooped in delight Monday as a bright early morning sun rose above the ancient stone circle Stonehenge, marking the summer solstice.
About 20,000 people crowded the prehistoric site on Salisbury Plain, southern England, to see the sunrise at 4:52 a.m., following an annual all-night party.
The event typically draws thousands of alternative-minded revelers to the monument, as they wait for dawn at the Heel Stone, a pockmarked pillar just outside the circle proper, which aligns with the rising sun.
Unlike previous recent years, when the sunrise has been obscured by cloud — the bright sun bathed the monument in orange and gold on Monday.

In a forest everything has its place, from the mightiest animal to the innocuous bug. Each lives in balance and harmony with the other. Life in a forest embodies plenitude. None of its inhabitants takes more than it needs; there’s plenty for all.
Despite being home to diverse species, forests are pristine. Seldom does one find a mess in a forest. God has provided natural clean-up agents. What is waste for one creature is useful or essential to another creature. The eternal circle of life is palpable in its entire splendor. To survive in a forest you need to be in tune with the natural rhythms that is all-inclusive.

Sometimes the police come in for criticism, while at other times English Heritage attracts the ire of the druids, ravers, hippies and sun lovers who turn out for the summer solstice at Stonehenge.
At today's celebrations there was a political target – David Cameron and the coalition government – following the announcement that government funding for a visitor centre at the ancient monument was being cut.

(RNS) Bonfires, drum circles, dancing, candlelit meditation and other ceremonial rituals help usher in the summer solstice at the annual Pagan Spirit Gathering, now in its 30th year in the United States.
Along with celebrating the longest day of the year on Monday (June 21), this year's weeklong festival at a campground in Salem, Mo., will also feature prayers to help the Earth recover from the BP oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.
"We always do planetary healing prayers, meditations, and ceremonies on Solstice day itself, and we will be continuing our prayers about the oil disaster," said Selena Fox, a high priestess at Circle Sanctuary, a Wisconsin-based pagan resource center.
