Aside from more obvious, immediate effects, more insidious results of climate change will impact food sources. Farmers and the agricultural industry will be most affected. Poorer nations are most reliant upon agriculture; around 80% of the African work force is based around it. Changes in watersheds and water-flow from glaciers, rooted in climate change, present and major challenge to agriculture in many regions. Policy and cultural changes must be made in order to help maintain and sustain the future of agriculture, and of the world's food supply.
